The factory specializes in the production of LSAW steel pipe especially large diameter, thick wall LSAW ( DSAW) steel pipe, with annual production ability 300000tons.Our factory has advanced JCOE production lines to manufacture national standard GB9711, API SPEC 5L, EN10219, ASTM steel pipe products etc. The Size scope is from OD 406mm- OD 1524mm LSAW steel pipe. Wall thickness scope from 7.62mm to 50mm.We also configure automatic control system and on-line quality inspection system, fully with physical and chemical inspection, nondestructive Inspection, hydraulic pressure inspection, Metallographic and physical Analysis to ensure the quality for each order. We successively granted with ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14004 environmental management system, OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety system, API5L (American Petroleum Institute), CE (PED)EN10219,EN10217 certificate and also China pressure pipeline manufacturing license (A1).And our coating factory covers an area of 60000 square meters, with three international advanced  anti-corrosion production line. Our anti-corrosion coated layers are (FBE) and double fusion bonded epoxy powder (2FBE)external and internal, double layer of polyethylene (2LPE) and a three layer of polyethylene (3LPE),3LPP,etc. comply to the standard of DIN30670, DIN30671, SY/T0413-2002, SY/T0135-2000, Q/CNPC38-2002, SY/T0457-2000,etc. our annual production capacity is 4000000 square meters.
